Messy french twist DIY

Was cleaning out my folders on my Mac the other day and came across this hair guide, no idea where i've found it so apologies for that. But I love how simple it is, all you need is saltwater spray, a comb and some pins (and in my case anyway, probably some hairspray as well) Such a great look for the upcoming holiday season and Christmas parties.

1. Start by prepping the hair with protective spray. Then blow dry using your fingers instead of brush so that you'll get that messy look.

2. Spray your hair with saltwater spray to keep that messiness. Then take your comb and start teasing the crown section, add a little bit of tease to the sides and lightly tease the ends as well.

3. With your fingers lightly 'comb' all the hair back as if you're about to do a mid pony and then start rolling the ends to the direction you want the twist in.

4. Now that you have the shape you want to go a head and start to pin the twist to the rest of the hair.

5. Pin the bobby's as if you're crocheting through the hair so you don't flatten the twist. Finish off with some hair spray and voila!
